On a Saturday afternoon I noticed my AC wasn’t cooling, my LCD screen had an error. I called Sam and he was able to come out later that day. He explained everything he was testing and looking for. He determined it might be something with the control board on the unit outside and would need to call tech support to confirm the issue. I had to fly out to Virginia the next day for a week for work but he kept in contact with me everyday. Tech support determined the whole control board had to be replaced and Sam was able to help verify that the board was still under warranty. He picked up the board himself and showed up Wednesday evening while my brothers were home and swapped out the board and got everything working again! Not only did he keep in constant contact to let me know what was going on, he helped save me thousands of dollars!

This is the second time I’ve used him for a complete HVAC install with duct work, and his work truly speaks for itself — worth every dollar spent.

He sends daily updates, pictures, and videos showing the progress of the work, which is very hard to find nowadays. Awesome service!! Came out at 7pm on a Thursday to figure out why our A/C wasn’t working, got it going and then came to replace the part that Saturday morning! Highly recommend!!

Nothing is worse than your heater going out in the winter. I contacted Sam with Consumer Air Conditioning and Heating on a Saturday and he promptly came out to check on our heating system. Sam was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Sam even made sure my family would be ok with the cold weather until the parts arrived. He was able to get the heater fixed quickly and we couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t recommend him enough! He’s our go to guy from now on, plus I feel like we made a new friend!
